Chlamydia is one of the most common STI's and the most likely cause of an NSU.
It starts with a germ that causes an infection on the genitals of men and women and can some time spread to other areas like the eye. This can sometimes be spread by close physical contact but is mainly spread by Vaginal, Anal and perhaps Oral sex.
This Infection may cause unusual vaginal discharge, pain when urinating, discharge from the tip of the penis and swelling of the testicles, but most of these symptoms can be caused by other STI's.
Treatment consists of a course of antibiotics that are usually very effective, after this further testing is necessary to make sure the infection is gone. It can take a total of one month for your body to heal after treatment and it would be strongly advised that you avoid sexual contact with anyone. If left untreated Chlamydia can cause long-term medical effects including infertility.
